In these Funds and Transfers Terms, "Traxevo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Traxevo Platform. "You" and "your" refer to the holder of a Traxevo account. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our General Terms of Use.
1 Rules and restrictions
You should not use your Traxevo account as a banking or savings facility. You must deposit funds only if you have the intention of placing trades on our Platform.
You may not make deposits and withdrawals without proportionate trading activity. If you do so, we may adjust your account to recover any costs we incur, restrict further deposits or withdrawals, or suspend or close your account without notice.
We reserve the right to reject or delay any payout without notice where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of this Agreement, or where processing the payout would contravene applicable laws or our internal policies.
We will not pay interest on any amount you hold with us.
Your account balance must remain below any maximum limit that we publish for your account type. It is your responsibility to withdraw funds in time to avoid exceeding these limits.
We will never invest, lend, or otherwise put to work any funds held in your account on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for every deposit you make and every withdrawal you request, including the accuracy of the payment method, the amount, and any recipient details you provide.
You may use any payment method that we make available at the time of your transaction. We have no affiliation with payment providers and are not responsible for their terms, fees, limits, or availability.
You must request withdrawals to the same payment method that you used to make the original deposit. If this is not possible, you must provide evidence that the alternative method belongs to you and that the original method is unavailable.
Payment method availability, fees, processing times, and limits may change without notice. You should check the cashier for the current options before making a deposit or withdrawal.
If you use a third-party service (for example, an e-wallet, a payment aggregator, or an account held in the name of another person) to fund or withdraw from your Traxevo account, you remain solely responsible for the safety of those funds and for ensuring that the account or method belongs to you.
Currency conversions between the funded currency of your account and the currency of the underlying trade may result in an adjustment in our favour. Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers and reflect prevailing market rates at the time the transaction is processed.
The value of your portfolio displayed on the Platform is an estimate only. It represents your account balance plus the current value of your open positions, converted to your chosen display currency at the prevailing rate.
Sharing a payment method with another Traxevo client is prohibited. We may block, cancel, or suspend any account that we reasonably believe is involved in payment-method sharing.
You must never take out loans, credit, or borrowed funds to fund your account.
You must comply with any currency, exchange, or capital controls that apply in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Where Traxevo supports cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals, you accept that transactions can be affected by cross-chain errors, wrong-network sends, smart-contract mistakes, fee underpayments, and blockchain congestion. You are solely responsible for verifying the address, network, and amount of each cryptocurrency transaction before submitting it.
Processing times for card deposits and bank transfers depend on your card issuer and bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawal times depend on blockchain confirmation. Delays may occur and, where they result from the payment provider or the blockchain, are outside our control.
If you experience a delay or issue with a deposit or withdrawal, you should contact our in-app help centre or email support@traxevo.com with the transaction details so we can investigate.
2 Refunds
You agree that payment for any trade will be made through the cashier and payment providers we support at the time of the transaction, or shortly thereafter.
All sales of trades are final. We do not refund the price charged for entering a trade if the trade is executed.
You may request a refund if a trade became unavailable after your order was submitted but before it was executed. We reserve the right to investigate any such request before accepting or rejecting it.
If a technical problem on our side prevents a trade from being executed, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or reverse the affected transactions.
Refund requests relating to deposits on an active account will be rejected automatically. Only closed, blocked, or suspended accounts may request a deposit refund, and we reserve the right to investigate and decline any such request.
3 Chargebacks
If you deposit using a credit or debit card and you have a concern about a transaction, you must contact us through the in-app help centre or at support@traxevo.com before initiating a chargeback or retrieval request with your card issuer.
Receipt by us of a chargeback notification, a fraud alert, or a retrieval request from your card issuer authorises us to terminate this Agreement and close your account without prior notice.
You must compensate us for any losses, fees, or chargeback costs that we incur as a result of your actions before any restrictions placed on your account are lifted.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold part or all of your account balance for up to 180 days following a chargeback notification, a fraud alert, or a retrieval request, in order to investigate the transactions concerned and to mitigate the risk of subsequent cardholder chargebacks.
