1 Introduction
These General business partner terms ("Partner Terms") apply to every person or company that earns money from Traxevo as a business partner, including developers who earn markup through apps on developers.traxevo.com and partners who earn commission on partners.traxevo.com (each a "Partner").
Additional terms apply to each programme, including the Developer terms. If they conflict, the programme terms prevail for that programme.
2 Our relationship
You act as an independent business. Nothing in these Partner Terms makes you an employee, agent, joint venture or legal representative of Traxevo, and you may not make promises or enter agreements on our behalf.
You may not hold yourself out as Traxevo or as authorised to give financial advice on our behalf.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18, hold a Traxevo account in your own name and complete our verification before any payment is made to you.
We may decline or end any partnership at our discretion, including where a Partner is located in, or promotes to, a country where our services are not offered.
4 Earnings
Your earnings are set by the programme you take part in: markup on contracts placed through your apps, or commission on clients you introduce.
Earnings are calculated from Traxevo records only. Those records are final unless we find an error.
Earnings from your own trading, from accounts you control or from clients acting with you to generate earnings are not payable.
5 Partner wallet and payments
Earnings are paid into your partner wallet. Markup and commission for a calendar month are paid between the 10th and 16th of the following month.
You can move money from your partner wallet to your Traxevo account and use it under our normal terms, including our withdrawal rules.
We may hold or reverse payments while we review suspected fraud, abuse, errors or a breach of these Partner Terms.
You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your earnings.
6 Marketing rules
Your promotion of Traxevo or of anything built on Traxevo must be fair, clear and not misleading. You must not promise profits, describe trading as safe or guaranteed, or hide the risk of loss.
Always include a clear risk warning. Do not target people under 18 or people you know to be vulnerable.
Do not send unsolicited messages, use another brand without permission, bid on the Traxevo name in paid search, or create sites, apps or profiles that could be mistaken for Traxevo.
7 Compliance
You must follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-money laundering, consumer protection, advertising and data protection laws.
Tell us straight away if you learn of fraud, money laundering or any misuse of Traxevo services connected to you or your clients.
8 Confidentiality and data
Keep confidential any non-public information we share with you, including commercial terms and client information.
Use client personal data only as allowed by the programme terms and data protection law.
9 Suspension and termination
Either side may end the partnership at any time. We may suspend or end it immediately if you break these Partner Terms or the programme terms, or if continuing would expose clients or Traxevo to risk.
Earnings due for the period before termination are paid in the normal payment window, except earnings linked to a breach.
10 Liability
To the extent the law allows, Traxevo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business arising from the partnership.
You agree to compensate Traxevo for losses caused by your breach of these Partner Terms or the programme terms.
11 General
We may update these Partner Terms. The version published on this page applies from its date and we will notify you of material changes.
These Partner Terms are governed by the same law and jurisdiction as the General terms of use.
